Returns

Our wax melts and snap bars are non refundable if broken upon arrival, as we send them with the courier in a perfect state, and this doesn’t affect the use.

You may request a refund if a product has been sent and is not what you ordered.

If you receive a wax burner and it is broken, we will arrange for a new one to be sent straight back to you. Please email: ria.waxxy@gmail.com to arrange this, and please always attach your order number and pictures of the item with issues and a picture of your invoice.
